After about a year of work, version 3 of elite bulletin board is now ready to be tested out

The zip file is located at sourceforge and is ready to test out.

I can not stress enough that this is NOT a final release and should only be used on a private web server for testing and debugging only.

It is stable, but there will not be any support given except for when bug reports are given to me. I also welcome those who wish to recommend improvements.

finally know that what you see in this release will not be the final look, this release was more focused on rebuilding the framework to be more adjustable and more current with the latest PHP technology.

If you wish to test out version 3, you must have PHP 5.2 or newer and MySQL 5.0 or newer.

I hope those who test this likes what they see and can not wait to see what else is in store for this release.
