v2.1.4 is a small bug fix release that resolves a few Administrative bugs reported by a user as well as a minor annoyance reported by a few users.

on a side-note, version 3 is coming together very well, again no date is yet set due to the fact that version 3 involves such a massive overhaul of core work done within the last two major releases. I'm hoping to have something ready by, at the very least, mid-summer of 2010.

One thing to note about version 3, the database driver feature has officially been removed from the feature list. Over much debate, I have decided for sake of simplicity, to only use one database engine. This also will allow me to use more advanced SQL commands, which would have been a bit more difficult to do if I have think about the multiple databases that would be used.

Around October, I plan to list in a bit more detail about what to fully expect in version 3, right now most work is just core rebuilds and replacing old code base. 90% of the core components are done and are being added to the new code base, once that is done, I will be able to look over what will be added in terms of functionality and what to adjust or remove.
