I want to keep you guys informed on version 3.

So far most of the framework is completed and implementation will be happening soon.

version 3-dev1 still has a long road before its ready for testing, but progress is steady at the moment.

One thing that has changed in the roadmap is the addition of a database driver feature. After looking over things, I have decided to not do that just yet. I may reconsider it later, but as of now I'm going to taker it out of the to-do list.
