v2.1.2 is a small tweak release that fixed a minor bbcode issue and adjusted the RSS feeds to add the posted date to each post.

The installers would adjusted, thanks to a tip from a user. If you use mysql(and not MySQLi) it would display an error. the difference in MySQL & MySQLi is just MySQLi is for MySQL 4.1+(it supports the newer sql syntax, but not everyone uses it)

those who look at the changelog will notice a format change to the bug listings. was going to start the new format as of v3 dev 1, but decided to just start now. along with the bug is what it affects and the risk-level. depending on user-preference, I'll change the template or improve on it.
